MOMO Meme Battle

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting your Solana wallet and using the MOMO Meme Battle platform ("momocoin.site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Wallet-Based Authentication

Access to the platform is provided through Solana wallet authentication. We do not collect personal data such as email addresses, names, or passwords. Your wallet address serves as your sole identifier. Because no personal account is created, traditional account deletion requests (such as those under GDPR) do not apply. On-chain transactions and NFTs are immutable and cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

By uploading an image to the platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are the original creator of the image, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute it.
The image does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets.
You grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, process, and mint the image as an NFT if selected as a contest winner.

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

Copyrighted material used without the rights holder's explicit permission
Sexually explicit or pornographic content (NSFW)
Content depicting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
Illegal content of any kind
Content designed to harass, threaten, or defame any individual
Spam, malware, or any form of malicious content

The platform employs automated content screening and manual moderation. Submissions that violate these rules will be rejected without refund.

5. Moderation & Content Removal

The platform reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse to mint any submission at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation. All submissions are subject to review by platform moderators before becoming publicly visible.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain actions on the platform require SOL payments, including but not limited to meme submissions and voting. These fees are processed on the Solana blockchain and are non-refundable under any circumstances once the transaction has been confirmed on-chain. This applies even if your submission is subsequently rejected during moderation.

Fee amounts are displayed clearly before each transaction. By confirming the transaction in your wallet, you acknowledge and accept the fee.

7. NFTs & Blockchain

Contest-winning memes may be minted as NFTs on the Solana blockchain. Once minted, NFTs are governed by the blockchain's immutable nature and cannot be modified or deleted by the platform. NFT metadata and images are stored permanently on Arweave.

The platform uses Metaplex Core for NFT creation. Secondary sales on marketplaces may be subject to royalties as configured at the time of minting.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

User-generated content uploaded to the platform
Loss of funds due to blockchain transactions, wallet errors, or smart contract interactions
Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures
The value, tradability, or marketability of any NFTs minted through the platform
Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform

9. Lucky Draw

Lucky Draw NFT selection is performed using cryptographically secure randomness and is final. No claims can be made against the platform regarding Lucky Draw results, selection criteria, or outcomes.

10. NFTs & Value

All NFTs minted through this platform are digital collectibles. The platform makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees about their monetary value, future appreciation, or tradability. NFTs should not be considered financial instruments or investments.

11. Platform Status

This platform is not a financial service provider, investment platform, or money transmitter. SOL fees are service fees for platform access and content processing, not financial transactions.

12. Anti-Sybil Measures

To maintain fair voting, the platform employs wallet age verification. Wallets must be at least 7 days old and have a minimum of 3 prior on-chain transactions to be eligible to vote. This measure helps prevent vote manipulation through newly created wallets. The platform reserves the right to implement additional anti-sybil measures at any time.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
